All personal fitness programs at Flying Kick start with a free fitness assessment. After the evaluation, a workout program is designed to help achieve specific goals. Everyone's body is unique due to genetics, past history, behavior or injuries. Different fitness goals require customized workouts. For example, weight loss workouts are very different from muscle toning.

In addition to specific goals, our fitness programs focus on strengthening connective tissue by continuously tailoring and in a gradual manner the exercise activities in order to allow the body to adapt.
As the body is progressively stressed, the body is forced to adapt by becoming stronger, have more endurance, improved flexibility and more physically fit. Beside looking and feeling good the benefits are increased energy, enhanced immunity and a profound reduction of stress and anxiety. In order to maximize the desired results, your progress will be under continual review regarding the level of activity, nutrition and diet plan.

Whether you are an athlete looking to enhance your performance or someone out of shape suffering from a backache, we will develop a workout program unique to your own body and your goals.
